THC-A, the naturally grown form of THC, is the acidic structural precursor to delta 9 THC. The method of converting THC-A to delta 9 THC is called decarboxylation, or essentially applying heat. This can be done using the sun during growth, which is why all of our products are grown indoors in the cold, to ensure that they will only convert to delta 9 with flame.
