Start by asking yourself this: is something that has never killed anyone dangerous? This might be an easy answer, but many over the years have made the claim that cannabis is a dangerous and addictive drug responsible for death and addiction, or at least some harm, right? The National Library of Medecine begs to differ, and stated recently that while there have been reports of cannabis causing the death of individuals, no formal diagnosis has ever been reached, making these case reports unable to be used as examples of cannabis overdose, and none have actually ever been recorded. Additionally, a recent study by the CDC found that only 10% of individuals form a habit of using cannabis after smoking, as it is not physically addictive and has no withdrawl symptoms, it cannot be considered an addictive substance, but as with any enjoyable activity, it should be used in moderation and with responsibility.
